Space away from the daily grind
Group Therapy began as a collective events space housed within a restored shophouse along the gentrified Duxton Road. The space is deliberately tucked away on the 2nd Storey to allow groups to gather and seek respite in the heart of the CBD.
We believe that the best form of nourishment is sought through inter-personal relationships and connections with people, where common values and ideals are forged. Through the comforts of our space, warm hospitality, good food and drink we hope that Group Therapy is the perfect setting and catalyst for such encounters – hence the name!

While operating as a café in the day, our space continues to actively serve as an events space available for lifestyle workshops, private parties & corporate events.
We love what we do and our menu is an expression of that. Our food from bagels, pancakes, stews, an amazing carrot cake and even ice cream is made in-house.
Good food is best enjoyed with good drink. We carry a range of locally roasted coffees, teas, sodas and beer to round off every great meal.
Group Therapy Coffee is a local group of cafes & restaurants.
We have the simple purpose of producing great food & drink for all who walk through our doors.
We bake our own bread & cakes, pull coffee, flip pancakes, mop floors, run to the bank for change, take out the trash and do it all as a team. We are always on the look out for good people for the kitchen and front of house.

Our in house bakery provides customised cakes and catering options for all events. Whether it's a one-of-a-kind cake for a special occasion, an intimate gathering of 10 or an illustrious reception of 300 guests. We have food to suit the mood!
